Compensation: Upto ₹36,000 CTC + ₹1,500 PLI

Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound & outbound calls and chat support.
* Understand customer issues and provide accurate technical/sales solutions.
* Drive sales through upselling & cross-selling.
* Meet performance metrics (CSAT, Sales, Quality, Productivity).
* Maintain professionalism and customer empathy at all times.

Eligibility Criteria
* Minimum 1 year of Tech + Sales experience (International BPO preferred).
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Comfortable with rotational shifts & offs.
* Graduation mandatory (Computer background preferred).
* Immediate joiners highly preferred.
