Job Description

We are seeking a professional, relationship-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage and strengthen client relationships across B2B and B2C segments. This is a non-sales, non-target-based role, focused on client engagement, professional communication, follow-ups, and business coordination rather than direct sales pressure.

Key Roles & Responsibilities


Client Interaction & Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for B2B and B2C clients

Conduct professional meetings to understand client requirements

Build, nurture, and maintain long-term client relationships

Coordinate effectively between internal teams and clients

Business Development & Coordination

Support new business opportunities through networking and referrals

Assist in company growth initiatives without fixed sales targets

Align client requirements with company offerings and solutions

Support client onboarding and ongoing engagement processes


Follow-ups & Professional Communication


Manage regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings

Handle professional calling, scheduling, and coordination

Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns

Maintain accurate communication and interaction records


B2B & B2C Client Handling


Manage corporate as well as individual client interactions

Adapt communication style based on client segment

Support commercial coordination when required


Reporting & Documentation


Prepare periodic client interaction and engagement reports

Maintain documentation of meetings, discussions, and follow-ups

Share insights and updates with senior management


Skills & Competencies


Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent client-handling and coordination abilities

Professional, solution-oriented, and relationship-focused mindset

Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Eligibility Criteria


Graduation is mandatory (MBA preferred)


Experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Relationship Management, or CRM

Prior experience in client-facing service roles is an added advantage
