Email Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing Analyst to manage and optimize email marketing campaigns using data-driven insights. The role requires strong analytical abilities, hands-on experience with HubSpot, and an understanding of keyword researching to align email content with SEO and customer search intent.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot

Manage email automation workflows, lead nurturing, and drip campaigns

Perform keyword researching to optimize email subject lines and content

Analyze email campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions, ROI)

Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times

Segment email lists based on customer behavior and engagement

Maintain email deliverability, spam compliance, and database hygiene

Coordinate with SEO and content teams to align email and organic strategies

Create reports and dashboards with insights and recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience with HubSpot Email Marketing & CRM

Strong knowledge of keyword researching tools (Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)

Understanding of email automation, workflows, and lead scoring

Data analysis skills using Excel / Google Sheets

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates

Familiarity with SEO concepts and digital marketing funnels

Strong communication and reporting skills.
