Key Responsibilities (Luxury Real Estate Division)

• Engage with high-intent inquiries from digital campaigns, referrals, and exclusive walk-ins with professionalism and warmth.
• Qualify discerning clients by understanding their lifestyle preferences, budget expectations, and investment intent.
• Initiate first contact within 2 hours of lead generation to ensure a prompt, credible, and premium client experience.
• Share curated project portfolios and digital brochures via WhatsApp and email with personalized messaging and follow-up.
• Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene — every interaction, note, and follow-up must reflect precision and attention to detail.
• Coordinate premium site visits with the Sales team, ensuring seamless scheduling, confirmation, and pre-visit briefings.
• Foster meaningful relationships by engaging gracefully and consistently with prospective buyers, building trust over time.

• Polished Communicator: Speaks clearly and confidently in English, Hindi, and Odia, with a warm and professional tone.
• Client-Focused: Understands how to handle premium customers with patience, empathy, and attention to detail.

• Quick Responder: Takes prompt action — calls new leads within 2 hours and follows up consistently.
• Organized & Disciplined: Ensures all client interactions are recorded in CRM with 100% accuracy.
• Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM tools.
• Learning Mindset: Open to training, quick to grasp processes, and eager to grow in the luxury real estate industry.
• Experience: 0–1 year in customer-facing roles (real estate, hospitality, or premium retail preferred).
